Why are rewards only shipping to the U.S. and Canada?
International shipping has become very complicated (and expensive) in recent years. New VAT/GST rules in the EU, UK, Australia, and elsewhere require creators to collect taxes, file extra paperwork, and in some cases register for foreign tax IDs. On top of that, backers outside North America are often hit with surprise customs fees when their rewards arrive.
To avoid those frustrations — and to keep fulfillment smooth and affordable — this campaign is limited to the U.S. and Canada. I truly appreciate my international supporters, and I’ll continue looking for ways to make future projects more accessible worldwide.

Is the book available in hardcover?
Not this time. I explored hardcover options, but the printing quotes came in far higher than I felt comfortable passing along to backers. Rather than inflate the cost of the campaign, I decided to keep this edition in softcover only — which helps me deliver the book at a fair price while still giving you glossy, full-color pages that look fantastic.

What is an “Artist Edition”?
An Artist Edition is a limited, numbered edition of the book that comes with a one-of-a-kind illustration created just for you. Using archival ink, I’ll draw a custom piece based on your prompt (with the understanding that I may decline certain prompts at my discretion).
Each illustration is drawn on an acid-free adhesive bookplate, which you can place inside your copy. The book itself will be shrink-wrapped to keep everything safe during shipping.
If I decide to share the illustration on my Patreon page, I will never identify you as the person who suggested the prompt — your privacy will be fully respected.

What is a Digital Commission?
A Digital Commission is a custom illustration I create using the same tools and software I use to produce Evil Inc and Evil Inc After Dark. Your prompt can include up to two characters and a simple background (with the understanding that I may decline certain prompts at my discretion).
You’ll receive two files:
• A low-resolution PNG, perfect for viewing on screens • A high-resolution PSD, suitable for printing

How does the “Write a Story” reward work?
This reward gives you the chance to script your own short, after-dark adventure set in the Evil Inc / Evil Inc After Dark universe. Your story should be short enough to fit into five pages (roughly 30–45 panels).
I’ll review the script and may suggest edits, which we’ll discuss together to make sure the final version works smoothly in comic form. Before I finalize each page, I’ll share sketches with you so you can give feedback and sign off.
As with all custom content, I reserve the right to decline certain plot points or subject matter based on content.

Howw do I add an Add-On to an existing pledge
Here’s the process, step-by-step:
• Click on Manage Your Pledge • Scroll down and click Change your pledge • Click the green button that represents your existing pledge — you will not be charged twice! • Scroll down for Add-ons, and select as many as you’d like. • The Add-ons are in order of least expensive to most expensive, so the digital add-ons will be first. If you want to add-on a physical book, scroll down the list. • Click Continue • Click Confirm Changes • Pat yourself on the back for having great taste in comics!

A DRM-free PDF is a digital file without any “digital rights management” restrictions. That means when you get the ebook version of Evil Inc After Dark: Full Stream Ahead, you can read it on whatever device or app you like — no special software, no login, no limits.
Want to keep it on your tablet, your laptop, and your phone? Go for it. Prefer a comic reader app over a PDF viewer? That works, too. You can even back it up on a hard drive so you’ll always have it.

What is a "Smartphone Edition?"
Along with the traditional full-page PDF, there’s also a smartphone edition of the eComic. The Smartphone Edition is a special digital version of Evil Inc After Dark: Full Stream Ahead formatted for easy, on-the-go reading. Instead of traditional pages, the panels are arranged in a long, continuous scroll — just like popular webcomics on apps like Webtoon.

Yes! Evil Inc After Dark: Full Stream Ahead will also be available on Amazon.com and through my own online store. For international readers, Amazon is often the easiest way to get a copy, as it handles shipping and customs more efficiently.

What if I missed earlier Evil Inc After Dark books?
No problem! All previous Evil Inc and Evil Inc After Dark books are available as Add-Ons in this campaign. That includes both physical copies and digital editions, so you can catch up on the series no matter your preference.
The only exceptions are titles that have sold out of their print runs — for example, Evil Inc After Dark Volume One. If a book is out of stock, the digital edition may still be available.

How are the books packaged?
Your books will be shrink-wrapped to protect them from dust and handling, and then shipped inside stiff cardboard mailers for maximum protection during transit. This helps ensure your copies arrive in great condition, even if they travel a long way.

Will my name or prompt be shared if I back a commission tier?
No. Your name and your prompt will always remain private. If I choose to share the finished illustration or story publicly (for example, on Patreon or social media), I will never identify you as the backer who submitted it. Your privacy is fully respected.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
